Full Stack Developer, Founding Team Member

About the Role

At Calvyn, we are redefining the $1.4 trillion professional services industry by building agentic AI tools that automate high-value cognitive tasks. As a Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between complex LLM architectures and seamless user experiences. You will design and deploy scalable systems, optimize vector databases for high-speed retrieval, and iterate rapidly based on direct feedback from strategy consultants and corporate leaders. This is a foundational role where you will have the autonomy to shape our technical stack and product roadmap from day one.

About You

  • 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience at high-growth tech or product-driven companies.

  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js).

  • Experience integrating LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) and managing RAG pipelines.

  • A "product engineer" mindset—you care deeply about the user experience and the business problem, not just the code.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
