Founders Associate
About the Role
The Founders Associate role is designed for a high-potential individual who wants a front-row seat to building a category-defining startup. You will act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, tackling everything from go-to-market strategy and financial modeling to product operations and investor relations. This is a "Swiss Army Knife" role requiring the analytical rigor of a top-tier consultant and the bias for action of an entrepreneur. You will be responsible for translating vision into execution during our most critical phase of growth.
About You
2+ years of experience in management consulting (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Accenture etc), investment banking, or a high-growth startup operations role.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
Strong communication skills—you can hold your own in a room with C-suite executives and technical engineers alike.
A "no task too small" attitude combined with the strategic foresight to think three steps ahead.
An obsession with the future of knowledge work and the impact of AI on professional services.
